Every single robot vendor, or human vendor share caps. The cap amount they have is 1,400. So if you go to one vendor and you sell him 1,400 caps worth of stuff, he will have 0 caps. When you go to another vendor they will also have 0 caps. I think there’s a 20-24 hour cool down.

How often do Vendor bots refresh stock (not caps, but stock)? I know caps are every 24 hours, but I can't find online how often they refresh their actual stock.
